MISSION AND VALUES OF THE OPNZPS FOUNDATION

The Foundation was created to channel the social strength of Partizan supporters toward the development of the clubs in our black-and-white family, with special emphasis on Partizan youth academies.

Since its foundation in 1945, the cosmopolitan spirit of JSD Partizan has been reflected in openness toward all sports lovers, regardless of origin, nationality, faith or skin colour.

Although Yugoslavia no longer exists, Partizan remains one of the most recognisable ambassadors of these values in the region and Europe, with influence extending worldwide.

Olympic values are deeply woven into Partizan’s sports schools. Over eight decades, a unique system has shaped not only athletes, but generations of engineers, artists, scientists, teachers, entrepreneurs and workers proud to be part of Partizan culture.

COMMUNITY AND SOCIAL ROLE

Our community cannot be reduced only to support from the stands. It is a broader network of people whose knowledge, work and dedication contribute to a culture of excellence.

OPNZPS preserves, develops and represents these values while using sport as a platform for cultural, educational and social development.

For eighty years Partizan has shaped people to become better. One of our goals is to monitor proper governance and inform the public of corruption within our sporting family.

We support senior teams, and especially youth categories, women’s sections and sports schools, while developing ideas for modern club operations.

VISION AND LONG-TERM GOALS

The name of the association best describes our values and goals. We gather around the motto:

“THOSE WHO ARE NOT AGAINST US — ARE WITH US!”

Our goals are long-term and go beyond current sporting results and titles.

The crisis of values is a global challenge. We begin change in our own home, within the great Partizan family.
