To the Management Boards of the Clubs in the Partizan Family
Ladies and Gentlemen,
The Partizan Sports Society must help Partizan Football Club so that, once recovered, the Football Club can again support every section of the Sports Society, as it did in the past.
There is no money; that much is clear. But we do not have to take these matters to the newspapers or beg for money every month. We can build something ourselves. Sit around the table as a family and reach an agreement—we need unity.
We presented those responsible for finance, infrastructure and legal matters at Partizan Football Club with an idea for securing long-term funding to restore the Football Academy. The project envisages raising the necessary €250,000 for Zemun in the short term and then proceeding to further phases. It is not much, but it would be a good beginning for an independent Partizan, with the possibility that supporters may one day invest in the club. The project protects the club from personal interests being placed above its own. We never received a response to this proposal.
Partizan Football Academy project
We prepared a project for the president of the Sports Society to develop the Partizan Cultural Centre, garden and museum. After only three months of operation, and with an investment that we would secure ourselves, it could generate between RSD 1,500,000 and RSD 2,000,000 in monthly profit for our family. We could do it ourselves, without humiliation and without allowing anyone other than the clubs to profit from supporters' love for Partizan. We started and then stopped. There is no answer as to why or how. (

Partizan Cultural Centre project
We must create our own revenue. These two projects are our proposals for doing so, alongside all the other efforts to raise smaller amounts for the clubs in our family. We leave the projects here because we do not consider them ‘our projects’, but proposals for Partizan's recovery and a solution to problems shared by all of us. Implement them yourselves, devise better ones or let anyone else implement them—but please act in Partizan's interest, without public quarrels or hidden motives. We regard Partizan's recovery as a goal of national importance: a step towards a better, healthier society. The point is to restore sport, not further develop the gambling nation we are rapidly becoming. Partizan must not serve any regime. As a state-owned club, it must serve the country and make all of us proud. That is our duty, and your job.
Partizan is our family, not an old man on his deathbed. For years, it has seemed as though you were waiting for him to die—some expecting an inheritance, others ready to die with him. Honourable exceptions exist, but most of you appear to have surrendered. Every weekend it becomes harder to visit him while arguing over who will pay for the medicine. It is painful for a child to hear arguments at home, and worse to hear them in public. We are Partizan's children, and that is why we address you with the honesty of a child.
Although we are not children, everything is black and white to us—even Father Christmas. We do not believe in fairy tales. We know the Public Prosecutor's Office will probably never respond to our request to investigate financial misconduct at the football and basketball clubs (
source). We know there will probably never be the will to prosecute those who drove us into debt. We know an indebted and compromised Partizan suits certain interests. We know the Ministry of Sport will probably never respond to the petition to remove the Partizan Basketball Club president, because he plays the role required of him (
source). We are not children, but with a child's honesty we bring to the clubs everything we have—our time, money, knowledge, energy and immense love for Partizan. We know and understand everything that is wrong, but we also know that Partizan will prevail in the end.
Ladies and gentlemen of the management boards—a child does not choose its parents, and we did not choose you. Partizan chose us, and Partizan is our family. We became black and white before most of you arrived and will remain so after many of you have gone. Partizan is not dying; it is eternal for as long as its children remain faithful—and our numbers continue to grow. The light will shine again!
